Bonbi Forest make beautiful, handmade, individual jewellery and printed t-shirts.
All of the company’s designs are based on the illustrations of Bonbi Forest creator Lee May Foster.

The website needed to reflect the colourful exuberance of Bonbi Forest’s products so we created a site which has a hand-drawn feel that combines accessibility with Lee May’s drawings.

The site is both a portfolio for the company and also a fully working e-commerce store.

The site has been created using a custom made CSS-layout and with validated coding.

The store is easy to use for both the client and the administrators and has a look which encompasses all that Lee May is working towards. Independent, handmade, experimental and great to look at.

The site is designed using CSS layouts, is optimzed for search engines and has a back-end that runs using PHP and MySql.

The main thing with this project was to make a site that looked like how Lee May draws. I think we got pretty close.
